No, there is no contract required. Our priority is providing you with excellent healthcare. However, we do ask that you sign a consent for treatment and a consent to bill your insurance for services provided.
Yes, we recommend provider co-management for acute & chronic conditions as well as routine preventative care.
Yes. RHMM accepts Medicare, Florida Medicaid, and selected PPO insurance plans. Coverage and benefits vary by plan. Patients are encouraged to contact Restoring Health Mobile Medical prior to scheduling to confirm eligibility and coverage details.
Some services may require payment or a deposit at the time of scheduling, depending on insurance coverage and service type. Any applicable fees will be disclosed in advance to ensure transparency.
All self pay and booking fees are required at the time of scheduling.

Assistance is subject to availability and does not affect the quality or scope of care provided. RHMM does not solicit or accept donations from patients in exchange for medical services.
