We provide accessible primary healthcare services for individuals age 18 years and older with special focus on, elderly or homebound patients, those with limited or no transportation, post -hospitalization or post- surgical care, acute or chronic medical conditions and minor pain related issues.  

Our services are available to patients in assisted living and independent living facilities.  We understand the demands of a busy schedule; therefore, we offer after hours visits for working individuals who can't attend appointments during traditional office hours.  

We are here to provide health care for you, wherever you are! 

Yes, diagnostic testing, including laboratory and imaging studies are ordered when clinically indicated. 

Referrals to appropriate specialists will be made as needed.  

We can assist in the scheduling process if necessary. 

Restoring Health Mobile Medical LLC function similarly to the traditional doctor's office, with minor exceptions:

For insured patients requesting in-home visits, a non-refundable deposit fee is required.  This deposit fee will be applied toward the total cost of your service.

Depending on your location, there may also be a travel fee, which will be disclosed to you in advance. 

A no-show fee will be charged for home visits that are not canceled or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your appointment. 

No, there is no contract required.  Our priority is providing you with excellent healthcare.  However, we do ask that you sign a consent for treatment and a consent to bill your insurance for services provided. 

Yes, you can schedule an appointment with us even if you have a PCP.  If you're unable to get an appointment with your doctor, we're here to help.  Please note that we may not accept all insurance plans.  

We offer both telehealth and in-person visits.  All appointments require payment at the time of scheduling.
